We couldn't stay
Posted 19 Aug 2019 on HomeAwayI reserved, was charged but never received any details about the property, no phone number or any way to get in contact with the property manager. When we arrived, of course without any info we were not able to stay. Thank God for the Homeaway representative who was amazing! She accommodated us to a nearby hotel. It was my first time booking through this system and was not a good experience.
