"The Highlander is a very secured hotel we felt very safe. The food they offered was very tasty. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful in taking care of our needs whether it be towels or extra dishes. Overall would recommend to anyone traveling to the area for the first time. As we did."

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."
