"Nice room and pool area. Bed was firm. Cold water only in washbasin. Toilet seat loose and reported on arrival but still not fixed after 5 days despite reminder. Hotel is surrounded by water land and building sites and does not have easy access to beach. Main road is difficult to walk on to get to local town as no pavement and surfaces very uneven. "

"We just completed a 5 night stay at the Cliffside resort. The owner (Julia) is extremely friendly and takes pride in her staff and resort. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, any requests we had were immediately met with no questions asked!! The rooms are clean, and the food was great!! If you are looking for a place to stay where the staff treats you like friends instead of guests, then I'd recommend staying at the Cliffside Resort when you are in Bohol.
