Great location near beach, but everything else disappointing. No TV, wifi, fridge, microwave. Lots if mosquitoes that bite you. Paint holes abd peaking paint walls. Bedsheets and towel smell used and bad

As to your concern regarding the TV, microwave, and fridge, I would like to inform you that unfortunately we do not have nor do we offer any of these amenities for now. Also, we have not made any statement both online and on-site that we are offering the said amenities. Rest assured all other concerns have been taken into consideration. Enkelt boende nära Alina Beach.

Nära till stranden och många matställen etc i området. Enkla rum med ganska enkla sängar. Lite trångt för en dubbelsäng då endast en person kan komma till sängen från sidan. Några stora kackerlackor på golvet. Toalett lite trång då dörren slår emot toastolen vid ingång. Tvål, toapapper saknas och varje gäst får ombesörja detta. Trots enkelheten förhållandevis bra mottagande men personalen syns sällan i receptionen. Frukost för 100 pesos. Utifrån priset prisvärt med hänsyn till läge och kvalitet.

Toppläge vid stranden för en liten peng! Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Låg standard men inget annat var heller angivet.

D'exterieur il y a un petit charme, et c'est très bien placé à 2min de la plage d'Alona. Interieur sordide, délabré, clim faisqnt bcpnde bruits, la douche vous en sortez plus sale que vous n'êtes rentré. 2 enormes cafards, pas de jaloux, un dans la chambre et un dans la sale de bain, ils ont gouté à mes tongues... Moustiques bien sûr et pas de moustiquaire, aucun service de quoi que ce soit, à si, au bout du 3eme jour , coup de balai et draps, pardon. Ca ne dit pas bonjour, enfin si vous les forcez, oui. Ca mue dans la chambre, il fait tres noir et ampoule blanche tres blanche... Pas de miroir... Je ne recommande pas, si cela coutait 10€, ca serait acceptable, à35/40€, environ je ne sais plus, il y a surement mieux... J'oubliais, ca a gratté à ma porte un debut de soirée, un copain rat bien bien gros a été un peu surpris quand je lui ai ouvert, video à l'appuis... Humm du plaisir...

As of writing this response, we are already starting the process of upgrading our rooms and improving our services to ensure the comfort of our guests. With regard to the mirror in the bathroom, it was already due for replacement. We will be changing the lights in the room, and we will also look into the alleged uncourteous behavior of our staff as such is not acceptable in our company policy. 모기가 너무 많다. 방충시설이 부족하다. 그래서 모기가 계속 들어온다. 화장실이 너무 부실하다.

very good location

good budget room ! you have everything that you need. the location is extremly good in a quiet place but also right to the bars and beach acess. the room wont be cleaned by five nights and the trash wont be removed but its not a problem. its an easy asia hotel. i will book this location again.

It saddens me to know that my staff was remiss in her duty of cleaning the rooms daily as such is part of our company policy. Looking into this matter, I immediately asked my staff why she was not able to clean your room. As a response, she told me that she was in the belief that rooms shall only be cleaned if the guest requires so, as other guests prefer not to clean the rooms. I know that this does not justify as an excuse for the inconveniences you may have experienced during your stay with us. Hence, kindly accept my sincerest apology.
