the swimming and snorkeling was excellent, the water was clear and the blue coral was beautiful!! great for diving! The property is beautifully landscaped and the plants are well taken care of. cons; the dining room is open air "little selection" and the hotel dogs bother with you for food scraps

Poor value, friendl service but not professionally

There seemed to be a pack of dogs in the area barking all through the night. One about 3 doors down from our room that appeared to belong to a staff or manager there. The walkway was gated with a sign to keep closed to keep the dog in, the stairs smell of dog urine and the steps were dirty. THe room we were given on check in did not look like the one pictured and had only one bed. We objected and were moved to the type of room pictured. There was an electrical brown out which in not uncommon, it was uncommon that the resort had no generator. We were told it had a generator for water only but it wasn't working.

Good morning, Mr. Vance. We were sorry for the inconvenience everything has brought you, yet rest assured we had extended an effort concerning electricity problem. The main gate was intentionally closed to restrict non-guest/s trespassing Almira's premises -invading our pool without paying the entrance fee, since resort is a private property. For the dogs - all of those were adopted and rescued but we made sure that their messes were swept everyday from time to time. For your room concern Sir, your booking states BUNGLALOW that shows 1 bed in a room, we're glad too making an effort of moving you to a FAMILY ROOM which has a different setting - 1 king bed and 1 single bed - which we suppose you've seen in the picture. All is well Sir and hope you have a day you deserve. Thank you and God Bless.

到着して早々にトイレとシャワーの確認したところ、トイレは詰まり気味だし、シャワーの方は排水口も詰まり気味で、内線がないのでいちいち報告するのと、掃除も、毎日ではないみたいです。レストランの方も客が少ないため限られたメニューしかなく全然良くなかった。
