Double booking issues
Posted 4 Jan 2022 on HotelsI had a bad experience with suria beach resorts. My room has double booking information by the owner. they said already info hotel.com.
They only accept bookings by call. Regardless of online hotel.com reservations. Feeling empty and shy in the hotel ... like asking for alms to get a room.

Bilik dalam keadaan yg sangat terok. Cadar katil kotor. Bantal bau hapak. Shower dlm bilik air rosak. Tandas kurang bersih. Pintu tandas rosak. Aircond tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Tv tidak ada siaran. Luar bilik tidak bersih ( najis anjing bersepah )

Dekat dgn pantai dan kedai-kedai..staff friendly dan bagus..owner melayu..bilik besar..view cantik..dpt hrga pom murah..3d2n yg x mngecewakan
Pemanas air xde tp dlm bilik di sediakan bekas untuk simpan air panas..air boleh ambik kat reception..untuk mndi air pns xmnjd sgt tp ok la sbb cuaca x la sejuk sgt..untuk 3d2n agak bosan sbb pulau pangkor kurg aktiviti mlm

I choose the family room.. the room was nice.. can fit 5 adult in 1 family room.. everything was fine n nice.. i have a nice stay at Suria Beach Resort
