"We experienced a couple of initial issues—a cold room upon arrival and a ripped duvet cover—but the staff responded promptly by replacing the duvet within five minutes. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with very good meals and courteous, accommodating service."

"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed.
