Horrendous experience - property guys are cheats
Posted 1 Nov 2021 on HotelsThe property belongs to a person who will not respect your booking commitments... the bookings here are canceled and property given to people who end up paying higher. We ended up calling the police and decided not to stay there eventually. Peoplr who were staying there were complaining about cleanliness, hygiene etc. There's a better property available AT the tikkar taal. Stay there.

Dear sir,
Sir you have booked our property through online with payment at arrival, we are continuing call you from 10 of October to know the status of booking but you never replied back , we got in touch of online concerned person to briefed him that we are not getting any responses And replied back from concerned person after calling him almost a week.
With concerned of online authorised we finally decided to cancelled your booking.
But sir you came to our resort on 17 of October as per your plan date and showed you all the efforts we did to come in your contact.
As a hospitality humble norms , we still offered you our MD room to stay.
We tried our best to accommodate you, but still you find false in our hospitality, we are sorry.
Look forward for your visit in future with proper information and communication.
