Poor experience

Toilet was not clean when we checked in. No refrigerator in the room. Room service was slow.

Property is excellent, no doubt it is a big and nicely property. Breakfast choices are excellent. House keeping is sometimes hitandmiss. Check in experience was the worst as the front desk have no knowledge of what types or IDs requirements for foreign tourists and pretty rude young girl.

Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance.

Extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms were unclean, with hair scattered on the floor and table. Despite requesting a room change, they only offered to clean it, but no one came. Additionally, the restroom lacked toilet paper. Falls short of Holiday Inn’s usual standards.

Pathetic hotel and even more pathetic Manager

Pathetic hotel... Old, worn off. Rooms are really old. Pictures they have posted are so deceptive. Terrible Manager 'Rohit'. He should be coached.
