Our room was pretty dark even with all the lights turned on. The door to the balcony could not be locked, although the hotel assured us that it was safe because it was in the vicinity of the President's residence.

Not much to dislike about our 4.5 star stay. Great hotel, restaruant and roof top bar. And the Price was cerainly right. Really enjoyed Casco Viejo and the San Blas Islands. Fred
