La ducha no bajaba el agua y estaba esposado, la comida (el pollo estaba rosado). Las bebidas tenían canela, el chocolate hay personas alérgicas

We emailed go get shuttle arranged 3 days prior to arrival 3 emails no responce. We arrived at airport called hotel about shuttle they replied take a taxi, we dont provide. Okay no problem , we got taxi. At first the gentlemen at the front entrance was the nicest person on the entire property, he greeted us at taxi brought us to checkin and brought us to room, showed us all in room. Great service!!
Waitress at restaurant walked away half way thru us trying o order didnt return, we had to get her twice ourselves to place order, then she never returned. Called room service 3 x to bring up water and still did not went to front desk 3x for same request. Still no. Customer service was not good, room service did not come, tour guide was great . Motel itself was not satisfying will not return

Having the wildlife on site was great. And the zoo nearby was a bonus.

This place is aloof - suitable for non family type.. like golfing, eat drink and single etc , but the Gamboa is much better and bigger

Wonderful hotel! My family and I enjoyed it very much. The tours and breakfast buffet were a plus!
