Hotel was amazing only that there was no pool but property is nice and located in the shopping areas

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is located very close to restaurants, malls and clubs. I enjoyed my stay at the property and will definitely book again.

The hotel is excellent, very nice property and a good location in Cangrejo!
What a wonderful experience, I got a great room and the staff was so accommodating with everything, the breakfast was great: they had a chef that specialized in omelettes. Wonderful!
What made the difference though was the wonderful service from the front desk and management: specifically Javier and Lilia
