Helpful friendly staff, accommodating to most requests. The hotel location seems to be in an industrial area, so only the mall options-which is hugh- is available for entertainment within walking distance.

Excellent location within the mall. The bus tours stop off at the koala exit way. Perfect for shopping and for touring.

It was a great hotel, staff work excellent. Perfect for shopping at the Abrook mall.
