My check-in was handled by a very nice lady named Yislaina who is in training but is doing an incredible job. Her English is excellent, and she represents the hotel very nicely at the front desk.!!Guido was also very helpful during my stay and very attentive to my needs.Ovidio in room service became a good friend and was always there in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend this hotel in Panama City five stars.

Hotel needs to have proper tourist Maps but staff was helpful all the same. Excellent new gym. Very Good restaurant. Good location if you’re a runner as it is close to the walk.

The pool is missing many tiles. Pool hours greatly reduced when private events occur. Food choice is limited. Do not start you off with enough towels and washcloths.
