There were homeless people walking around the hotel, people asking for cigarettes, garbege on the floor in the streets, and prostitutes on the corners.

Entire experience was not as it was shown online. keycard had to be updated everytime client left room. room wasnt cleaned on a timely basis windows are dirty so view was blocked rooms were not cleaned properly some staff unable to speak english

The room itself was fine but the hallways were dark, dirty and smelly. The elevators were questionable and the area is also not great. The ladies at the front desk were lovely.

Hace falta el restaurante, o que dejen llevar la comida a las habitaciones, ya que es incomodo comer algo que compraste afuera en el área de recepción.

Infinity was clean, mostly modern and the staff was very attentive to our needs. That was all great. However, there were problems like the pool, social area and restaurant being out of service. Plus, if you turn right and walk a block you’re at the malecón (ocean walk), but if you turn left mostly the area was run down, dirty and probably not the most safe.
