Absolutely gorgeous beachfront property!

We left a day early due to the slow elevators.
Posted 6 Aug 2022 on HotelsElevators take forever! Our condo was not clean. We found items left by previous guests . The only pluses I can give are friendly staff and the movie theater. Both pools had multiple huge wads of hair floating in them. First and last time to stay at this condo.

Elevators were a nightmare
Posted 31 May 2022 on HotelsThe condo was amazing. However we were there for Memorial Day weekend and we spent over 5 hours just waiting on the elevators. The elevator issues made for a very stressful weekend and the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal and it was completely normal to spend an hour minimum waiting on a elevator. We were on the 24th floor so stairs were not an option for going up to our room. Going down we took the stairs just to avoid the tensions of most guests due to the wait. Not sure I will stay at this resort again.
