The location is excellent and the beach is spectacular. The condos themselves are just old and outdated. Honestly, it served the purpose we needed, but the whole building does need need a serious overhaul. To their defense, it was clear the property owners had contractors on site fixing things. Overall, it was just fine, but was a bit disappointing as far as the cleanliness and overall state of the building.

The condo is not well maintained. Needs a deep clean. Most everything in the kitchen needs to be replaced.
