Our room was overlooking the beach, balcony. This is an older building but it was clean and well kept.

There was ants all in the kitchen. They didn’t come to clean but every 4 days, which normally I would say is okay but it’s on the beach so sand was coming in no matter what. So there was sand everywhere floors, beds. Also the AC did not get cold at all and we could hardly sleep it was so hot in the rooms at night. The shower was a really poor design and water leaked all over the bathroom and used up most of our towels just trying to keep it semi-dry.

The location away from the crowds was unmatched. The beach was pristine. The beds were comfortable and clean! The balcony was loud and wet due to the air conditioning unit. The elevator was questionable and extremely slow!
All in all a good choice for people wanting an affordable room for vacation but if you require much more than a clean room you probably need to keep looking!

Been goin to the SugarSands for yrs..it has been a few yrs tho love the updated rooms,jus wish they still had some chairs Not jus the barstools🙄
But over-all great time & great staff!!!

The condo was very spacious and clean!! Loved the large balcony and rooms. Would stay here again! Highly recommended

Great that it was on the beach and glad we didn’t spend much time in the room. Recommended if you’re just looking for something to just have a place to sleep on a beautiful beach!
