When we showed up at the property it was not ready for us at all there were holes in the wall leaking on the walls mold on the shower head and curtains. There were also dirty dishes, a broken bed leg, the bunk beds were unsafe, and a whole bunch of other things. Even though all this was wrong with the room the communication was amazing I do wish I got a bigger refund for the fact that maintenance was in our room 3 days in a row fixing all the issues.

Off to a bad start

Got to the room on Sunday afternoon at 4:40 pm and did not have the wristbands or parking pass. So I called and waited 3 hours and then was told I had to go pick up the Wristband and parking pass at a different location while on the way I was in a car accident so was not a great start to the vacation.

Just bad all the way around.

Not adequate linens for the amount of beds. Dirty bathrooms. Broken items in kitchen. Stains on curtains. Windows half washed. Resort was not being properly ran. Security along with all other dtaff was rude. Security was intimidating and scary. Did not feel safe at all.

We always have a great time at Shores of Panama. The location is great, it’s right next door to pineapple Willy’s with a Walmart just across the block for groceries and staples. Parking might be difficult if you have a large suv. This condo is ocean facing. The balcony is great for morning coffee.

Parking garage is very tight and hard to maneuver. Long walk from garage to room. Condo was not as clean as it should’ve been.
