Have been staying at Landmark every year for over 30 years, Property is showing it's age.Hot tub needs revamp not all jets work. Staff is not as friendly. It's not a bad place. Not far from Pier park and shopping (not walkable) but for the money there are much nicer places to stay. Won't stay there next year.

This hotel is an excellent choice, particularly the townhouse style two floor apartment-like options, where the sliding glass door opens onto a patio, which in turn meets the wood-planked dock bordering the beach. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer is a game changer. The place is clean and quiet and the people who work there are very nice. We had a problem with our TV remotes and a friendly maintenance guy came within a few hours.to walk us through everything.
Downsides are you have to pay $15 each time you want to use the beach chairs (it would be cheaper to buy some at one of the many Dollar Generals nearby), and there aren't a lot of fun activities, if you're looking for that, though there is a nice indoor pool and separate jacuzzi area. The Sandpiper Beacon down the street has a lazy river, mini golf, arcade, ice cream shop, etc. if you would like more to do.

It’s not worth it
Posted 27 Jul 2024 on HotelsPoor front desk communication. I was given 2 different information by 2 different people at front desk. The room is nice and the view is beautiful but the room was not clean. The area close to the elevators has a trash can and it is disgusting. That area smells like fish and urine. Never coming back.
