Thought pool was heated. It was not. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 4 pm. Breakfast ran out of food. Did re stock, but took over 1/2 an hour. Think maybe they were understaffed.

Its a shame that such a beautiful hotel is going down due to lack of maintenance. The cleaning is awful. The tub was clogged with hairs and dirty, wall paper in bathroom were stained, there was hairs underneath toilet. Landscaping,specially in the back is ruined by no maintenance. No grass pure dirt and weeds. Other than that the people were friendly, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. Interior design amazing, but again it needs touch ups on all walls and furniture.

We stayed 2 nights we attended a seminar for Parkinson's in Panama City Beach, The check in was fantastic, we really felt welcomed. The breakfast was great, once again friendly service. Every time we entered or exited, we were greeted with a smile and a "hey there". Will definitely stay there again.
