Nothing was good about it at all! The Wi-Fi didn't work no hot water! I'm disabled and have a service dog they kept my $100 deposit because they said my dog was not supposed to be there and he peeded on a towel!!

Yes, we had to keep your deposit because you broke rules while you were here. You snuck in a dog. You naver informed us at check in that you had a dog, when we asked you said you didn't have any pets. We do not allow pets at our hotel. You claim this was a emotional support animal. The ADA laws do not reconize emotional support animals has a service animal. You never took the dog outside of your room to go potty. You allowed the dog to pee and poop inside the room all over our towels, sheets and carpets. A true service dog would never do that because it would have been trained not to. You are lucky that the deposit is all that you lost because of all the cleaning we have to do in the room after you checked out late. You are not welcome to come back to our hotel.

What left us dissatisfied was that since we entered the hotel we were unable to access the wifi, my husband went to reception and was told that they did not know the reason and that there would be no other room to put us in Maia near reception, even though there were two rooms next to reception that were empty, as they had the windows open at all times with no sign of people who would be staying there.What I liked was the cleanliness, where the room was clean and the sheets too.

Took shower it kept leaking . Toilet would rock when you sat on it . Hole in the bathroom wall. Very old looking it needs care

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room could have been nicer but let’s be honest. 2 nights for 98$ it was exactly what I was expecting. If you’re on a budget and need a place to stay, it’s perfect and that’s what I needed! Perfect!
