Elevators can’t possibly have passed inspection, found roaches outside the room door (hallway) and on the walk up into hotel/pool area. The dishes in the room we’re very poor quality expected way more For over 400 a night

The carpet in the master bedroom was disgusting. The bed was severely uncomfortable. Both couches were covered in stains. The sliding door would not lock and I don’t even think it was closing all the way. Other than that the condo was fairly clean. I haven’t decided if I will stay at this resort again but I was definitely not satisfied with the condo I stayed in.
