The space for our family of 6 was huge also so close to the beach

Well while the room had a beautiful view. It started not so great with the way to get luggage to your room. The bed was uncomfortable the tv in the bedroom did not work the door to the balcony was very hard to open. But the worst part of staying in this room was the maintenance guy and a contractor was able to enter the room without our knowledge. When we called southern rental about this matter we let them know that we was not informed about these people coming in our room and they acted like it was not a big deal at all. So not very happy with the southern rental company and will not be booking with them again.

Ned’s some upkeep. Several noticeable wear and tear. Closet door wouldn’t close. Tile and the main bathroom had mold on it and needed to be replaced. Towel Rack was torn off the wall and laying on the floor paint needs to be refreshed.

The location itself is very nice and convenient if you want to explore. However, entering the condo it smelled like cigarettes and the amount one pays for the cleaning fee doesn’t correlate as it wasn’t cleaned properly. I did let management know within the 24 hour time frame but all they could say is sorry and there was no solution to the problem. They stopped answering my text messages after asking for an update. I am very understanding but this was disappointing as I would have appreciated more effort from management.

Hello Clint- I would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to provide us with feedback about your stay. We here at Southern strive to make every Guest experience with us as pleasant as possible. I understand that your stay fell short of expectations due to the property not being held up to our standards. Our records indicate that you reported that the cable was not working, the dehumidifier was loud and the washer was not draining, however, we see this was reported while in-house and addressed by our Operations Team to get the unit back to our Southern standards.
