The property was clean but the neighbor upstairs was loud. Upon arriving had to call resort owners because door codes wouldn’t work there were a lot of things broken in the rooms and our amenities bands weren’t left for us. Wouldn’t recommend this property unless you like to golf because too much noise from golfers and the animals around the ponds.

When we got to the property, the air conditioner was not working The room was not clean. There was still food from the previous people. after being there from 4pm tell 9pm they finally put us in another room for the night that was ok but the tvs didn’t work

We do see that you called and reported that the AC was not working and there were cleanliness issues. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. We sincerely apologize this could not be addressed that night; however, I do see that we were able to move you to another unit with a working AC. We are happy to report that the AC issues have been resolved, and the AC is working as it should be. Due to your most recent feedback, we have provided our operations team with your concerns and plan to have a team go through this property to get things back up to our standards. Overall the Villa we stayed at was dirty when we got there. The floors were dirty with feet prints and the bathtub was very dirty. The tub would not drain and we were showering in ankle deep water. The couch needs to be cleaned and sanitized because it was very dirty. We most likely will not stay here again.

This place smelled strongly of old SMOKE-even though they advertise it as a non-smoking facility. A/C broke, electricity is not code and flickered and burnt my hair dryer. Sinks dont drain, wasps are making nests in the walls. And customer service is terrible. They finally had to install GFI outlets and breakers to prevent a fire at the end of my stay. We are considering legal action. DONT DO IT!

The property smells like smoke . We couldn’t believe the smell and water in shower was standing.
