"We had a good stay overall. The beach access was truly two minutes from the building which is why I chose this property. The room: if you have any minor back problems, you cannot comfortably use the pull out couch. We had to change our sleeping arrangements because the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable and screeches with every move. "Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach."

"This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels."
