"I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. "Communication was good and highly organized. We felt safe and didn’t need to lock up our bags or valuables at all times. "29/22 i stay with my family for three nights and 4 days the beds are not comfortable and the fan doesn't work the bathroom need cleaning, the worst part is the sandflyies we got bitten all over our bodies, the owners can do better with proper new nets and fan and maybe spray the place, after the first night we want to leave so bad.
