"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

"Estaría excelente, los chicos y chicas de recepción muy atentos, tienen servicios que no publican como préstamos de indumentarias para la playa gratis (sillas, sombrillas) uso gratuito de bicicletas, si bien la piscina climatizada tiene horario igual la.puedes pedir en horario libres distintos al que tú seleccionas, la limpieza es muy buena. Al menos en mi cabaña todo estaba muyyyy limpio, buena cama, buenas almohadas que también es importante para mí. "

"O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com. O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. "They place is confortable enough, the location is great, just about a block from the beach. Our apartment had a distinct smell from the sink, candles needed.... Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation."

"My stay was alright. It was clean and most importantly the bed and mattress were comfortable. For $130US per night it provides little value compared with North American standards. For an establishment which calls itself an Apart-Hotel the Apart part was sparse. Nothing to write home about."

Decadente

"El hotel se ve decadente, con signos de deterioro acelerado. Las habitaciones son muy precarias, con colchones viejos, sin protección (forro). La calefacción, se limita a un pobre y viejo radiador eléctrico. El personal es muy rudo y distante, parecen congelados en el tiempo como todo el entorno. El desayuno, sólo carbohidratos, limitado, sin imaginación. No vayan en invierno, Piriápolis se asemeja un pueblo abandonado del lejano oeste."

"We loved staying at the bungalow! For the price paid it was a great value. The property was beautiful and clean and it was an added value to have an on-site person there to ask questions to. The best part was the walk to the beach was about 5 minutes."
