It was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted warmly, given a room upgrade, and a bottle of sparkling wine was delivered to our rooms. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel fairly close to the middle of Pamplona
Posted 30 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. We got a room upgrade and a bottle of Cava. The hotel said it was because it was my wife’s birthday! The room was large and had a sitting area and a balcony/terrace with sun loungers. The only thing missing was a desk. The hotel was quiet and had free underground parking. We ate there one night and the food was OK, but the entrecôte steak was very chewy. One standard complaint. Why do hotels leave instructions about hanging towels up if you don’t want them changed and the promptly change them anyway. Greenwashing, I think, describes this practice
