"Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔"

"The employees went above and beyond for my stay and it was literally a 5 - 10 min walk to the ski ticket counter at Cerro Catedral. Jacuzzi tub worked great the and the daily breakfast with coffee and fresh juice was always a nice way to wake up. You set the drop off time! Not to mention worked class skiing where Patagonia meets the Andes. I’ll be back for sure! La Base for rentals!! "

"There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address) and how to get in. I recommend doing this before the trip. We came in summer and perhaps this is different during the skiing season. Also, the outside is unkept and the building looked abandoned (tall grass growing around it). Other issues were the absence of instructions on how to control the heating, a serious hazard as the bedroom window had a huge crack in it, and some bare wires on the bathroom ceiling. On the other hand, everything was spotlessly clean and the place was quiet and near a small convenience store. It is 11Km from Bariloche so a car is a must."
