Everything great except air conditioning not working in our room.

Elevator stopped/dropped between floors 2&3 finally got us back to 1st floor, told front desk. Used elevator 2 to 3rd floor got to room only to find not what we'd booked? Phone didn't work?

I chose this motel partly because it advertised having a spa. Spa was drained and pool didn't look clean.
