At the time I stayed the room was quiet seemed a litlltle bit outdated but still nice close to the stanford hospital and downtown Palo Alto excellent service at the hotel and has a restaurant and a bar at the property will stay again there if needed

Staying at the Sheraton was like entering a pandemic time warp: the room was admirably clean but service was bad, and at times non-existent. I was mainly there to sleep so there was plenty of time to make up my room--yet one day housekeeping skipped it entirely. When I requested two washcloths, I got an entire bag full of towels of every kind. The room was comfortable except for the saggy mattress. Overall my experience alienating, and I was glad to leave.
