"The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. However, the after-hours check-in was not smooth since the key they left for the main complex did not work and neither did the garage key to open the gate to the private parking area. A call to the after hours number helped me open the main complex with a code and they contacted the property manager to come back with a working key in the lockbox that evening (the manager did not follow up on this). "Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced.
