"No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

"The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."

"We loved staying here! We even extended our stay by 4 extra days/ Staff has been amazing and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. "The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. They helped us find a tour operator, which was fabulous! The only downside was that there was no heat in the rooms or the bathroom. It gets chilly at night at that elevation. It would have been nice to have some heat in the bathroom so you don't get too cold getting out of the shower. "
