GREAT PLACE TO STAY! WISH WE'D HAD MORE TIME.

Posted 13 Sep 2017
Pros: There was nothing we didn't like about this B&B.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
We stayed for two nights before we left for an Alaskan cruise. The Bear cabin was wonderful. We arrived to a fridge stocked with enough for us to make ourselves two gourmet breakfasts. Unfortunately, we had to leave extremely early the first morning to go ice climbing, but to our great delight, there was oatmeal and fruit available for a quick breakfast. We made a larger breakfast the second morning, and could have made so much more! We loved the way this B&B is set up! No one crowding in on you. It really was a very intimate stay for my husband and myself to spend good quality time together. We never saw anyone so it felt like we had the farm to ourselves. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with a full washer and dryer! If I am ever back in Alaska, I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay.

Posted 30 Aug 2017
Pros: It was so nice to have all thing things you might forget already there. It just felt like we were going to stay at our own cabin.
Cons: I wouldn't change a thing.
Location: Glacier, Old Mine Town, several great places to eat, Reindeer Farm and the Alaska State Fair just happened to be going on in Palmer when we were there
This is the perfect place to stay for a couple. It was remote, yet close enough to enjoy many attractions. The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you would need. The washer and dryer are a great convenience. The fridge is stocked with breakfast items when you arrive. It is private and relaxing. We will definitely return on our next trip to Alaska.

Cozy cabin in woods feel

Posted 30 Sep 2016 on Hotels
If you need dependable wifi or cell service don't book here. If you want a cozy relaxing cabin in woods then this your place. Shower tight for turning around in. Bed could use a topper, too firm for our taste.

only complaint was that we expected better breakfast and the shower was so small and the water went ice cold twice while I was in. other than that, the cabin was absolutely adorable and the lady was extremely nice!

This was a wonderful peaceful trip! The views were great and the service was absolutely the best! It was as if we were living in Alaska instead of just visiting. Comfort and relaxation, not to mention lucky enough for great weather.
