"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property...

"We stayed at Hotel Kokoro over New Years and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly helpful. The gardener showed us sloths, monkeys, and frogs and cut us fresh coconuts. The sweet front desk agent always greeted us with the biggest smile and recommended and booked our activities. He also hosted karaoke at the New Years Eve party (he has a beautiful voice) which everyone loved, especially our kids.
