A decent 4* but not 5*
The hotel has a lot of new inexperienced staff, and you can feel the effects of them not having settled in for the season. The rooms are straight forward, but maintenance is required for example the shower tap cuts your fingers when turning it, second the AC even when off stays on blowing cold air. Breakfast is pretty basic, but sufficient for filling up ahead of the day. The rooftop pool is at best a “tank” which some guests may not like and also closes at 8pm which feels a little early. If you’re looking for a spa treatment they hire in as it’s required which means limited availability.

This staff of the hotel have been so accommodating to satisfy their guests. Breakfast and rooms were wonderful. The area around the hotel is beautiful and walkable to many different areas of main town. Amazing stay.

Service was outstanding - they couldn't be more helpful than they were. Very modern new hotel with roof top deck with great views of the old city. Room was great with windows that opened - only minus was that the sink area was too small. Breakfast was excellent in both quality and variety. We absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted on arrival as friends and this never changed. The staff were superb and always had a smile and a greeting. It was great that they all leanred our names and made sure all was going well. Our rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy! Breakfast was a delight as was the service! Having our car parked and then brought out was such a great feeling! Definite felt very spoilt! The rooftop bar, pool and restaurant enhanced the experience! An absolute treat!
