Wonderful Stay 5☆
Posted 14 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at the Grupotel Acapulco the service/staff are excellent .. friendly, helpful & very profesional.
We had a side facing room with partial sea view & lovely balcony
The food was delicious with so much choice.
We look forward to a return visit as soon as possible.
The only negatives were .. the room was rather small for a superior grade room & the hotel don't supply quality bathroom products ( shampoo conditioner etc)
But everything else was perfect for us.

The location of this property was fantastic - just a short walk in either direction to lots of restaurants and bars, and the beach directly opposite. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. Our room was quite a small corner room right by the elevator, so we were woken up most mornings by noise from guests and the cleaners. Because our room was so small, our heads were right by the wall so this was quite disturbing for us. We would stay here again but would request a bigger room further away from the elevator.

We very much enjoyed our stay. the staff were all very helpful and friendly and couldn't be nicer. The breakfast buffet was amazing the options were above and beyond what I expected. The atmosphere was great. The room was small, but we were barley there and would rather be outside enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend this hotel.
