"This was a great hotel option in Palma, perfect location for seeing all the historic sights and easy to walk to everything. We jumped on the bus right across the street to go to Bellver Castle. The staff were all friendly, and the place was extremely clean. We were also very grateful to one of the ladies at the front desk who arranged for us to stay an extra night and we didn’t have to move rooms.
