Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Air conditioner didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Door was broken so we couldn’t get into our room on the last night. Staff didn’t care. They weren’t even remotely sympathetic. We’re not accommodating at all. I can’t believe I spent money to stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the outdoor restaurant, with good food and a good selection of wines. After check-out you could still use the facilities and book a shower facility to change before heading to the airport. Nice fitness center (but a bit warm in July).

I had a good stay. People working there are amazing. But the hotel is a bit rundown and old looking. Surfaces have marks and paint is peeling off. The wall paper in the bathroom is curling off the wall in the corners. The pool was dirty and had ducks swimming in it. There was bird droppings on the sun beds. The location on the beach is amazing and i loved waking up to the sound of the waves. This could have been so amazing. It was not all bad, the stay was ok, but not amazing.

room booked but view was totally blocked by trees and was not mentioned on your website. Sent email to hotel weeks before we traveled asking about view but no response, would have changed hotel if we had known. Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, we didn’t get any sleep at all. Beach overcrowded General area run down, lots of graffiti and empty shops etc

The hotel is nice as is most of the staff. However, the head receptionist who claims to be a “manager” is rude and lacks social skills. He was not only rude to us but also to fellow employees. Lucrecia is amazing and she treats people very well, We cut our stay short because we did not want to spend more money on a business that allows toxic employees to go unchecked.

The hotel doesn’t merit a 4 star rating. The bathroom of the room we were first meant to stay in smelled badly. The hotel itself is in need of an update. The lawn chairs by the pool are not in great shape. The main redeeming quality of this hotel is it’s beachfront location and the beach is lovely. The staff at reception were not overly welcoming. I definitely would not consider this a “4 star boutique hotel”.

Do not stay here if you’re looking for class, luxury or decent facilities. There are stains on everything and bathrooms are tiny and not meant to accommodate two adults. The photos are misleading and the property is not actually representative of what you see in the photos. All of the “amenities”are very old and worn down. When we tried to cancel the remainder of our stay because we were unhappy with the resort but they refused and kept the full amount. We still decided to go stay somewhere else. Buyers beware. I suggest you stay anywhere else but here.
