Very fun and stylish hotel. Well done on the renovation to capture the Palm Springs vibe. Will definitely stay here again

I enjoyed the property- it was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. That said, I booked and paid for a King Suite that was advertised as sleeping 4 people but when I arrived I was told it could only accommodate 3 people and I was downgraded to a much smaller room with 2 queens without an adjustment to my room rate. It was only a 1 night stay and I would definitely return to the property but this information needs to be adjusted on the listing and I feel more should have been done to accommodate this misinformation in the moment.

This is my second time returning, the staff are consistently cordial and helpful. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are clean. Love the private patio off the room and pool area.

The hotel recently changed owners and during this transition phase, there were a lot of little things done poorly, like no glasses in the rooms, no menus, no 'do not disturb' signs. When we asked we were just told, 'yeah, we're in transition.' OK. Well. But the most annoying thing is that the hotel is set up such that you cannot contact the front desk directly. There is literally no phone at the desk. When you call the hotel number, you're actually calling a call center somewhere across the planet. The agent will take your question and then call you back within a couple hours. It's annoying. And there are so many other hotels in PS, why deal with this nonesense?
