Why stay in an expensive big name (noisy) hotel over a bustling weekend when you can stay at serene, secluded, quiet BelleVue Oasis for a fraction of the cost? The adults only property is in a peaceful neighborhood one mile south of Palm Springs' Center, just east of South Palm Canyon Drive. Parking is right outside and FREE. After sleeping a solid 9 hours, we had energy to swim laps in the 24 hour pool, uninterrupted by Marco Polo & kids' cannonballs. The unit was a bright, cheery 1960's shabby chic suite adjacent to the tropical poolside garden - spotlessly clean, with white tile flooring, comfortable king bed, sofa, and separate bathroom with modern floor-to-ceiling glass walk-in shower. Expected comforts like flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, ice machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner, and pool towels are all included. You won't have a front desk clerk to socialize with, but once you get the hang of punching the gate and room codes, you'll feel like a resident. FYI: A manager is sequestered on property from morning til night, and available after hours via phone to answer questions and help with any issues.

The check-in process is terrible. The hotel is has protocols that they put in place during Covid and nothing has changed. They required a selfie holding your drivers license before they will provide a gate code or room access and sign off on a list of guidelines. There seems to be no one on the property. I really liked the hotel but it seems to have gone downhill and the front desk attendant was so rude. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

The property and room were very quiet and clean. The hot water in our room was not working for a couple of days but the staff sent a maintenance person to check the hot water heater. Overall, it was a very good place to stay and was in a great location, close to downtown.

It was terrible experience going there as first time. Don’t know where to start with but since first day it was horrible. When we enter there find out the shower was broken. No supply at first day. As it’s mentioned adult only clothing optional we try to use swimming pool without clothes and one of there staff members literally yell and said put towel on you can’t swim like that. There jacuzzi was broken and told us to use the hotel next door with small jacuzzi and only two people can fit in there. After all this i came back from trip and find out there is extra charges on credit card without no email or explanation why by this hotel. Definitely not going back there.

We're sorry to hear your experince wasnt pleasurable, and that one of our staff members yelled at you. They shouldnt have yelled at you, but simply and respectfully let you know that we actually are not a clothing optional hotel. And as for the additional charge, Our guest online registration states we do chagre a deposit for incidentals. Non the less we are still humbly sorry for your experience, as we are working on changes to the property to improve the full guest experience.
