The was a really strong weird vintage store smell in the rooms. Really dated and old. No tv channels well 2. Service was good, ppl are nice at reception that is all they have going for them

Great room, property is really nice with seating areas and pools, close to restaurants and bars.

Manny was very professional. My husband and I had an issue with the first room because there was an old cigarette stench. I brought it up to Manny the next day and he got us a mew room. We were very thankful for their response.

Bathrooms should always have fans and/or thick walls, while this bathroom room didn't. Otherwise a wonderful place.

The front desk attendant was discourteous. The bed linens were stained, the water took an excessive amount of time to become hot, and the room had a muggy odor. Overall wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The first problem we had was noise issue. I don’t know who design these rooms, but they didn’t do good job on noise insulation. We can hear all the conversation downstair in the night. Second problem was a maintenance issue. The shower head in our room didn’t work. Hot water would come out from bathtub faucet, but not the show head. The faucet switch needs to be repaired. The front desk closes at midnight, and opens on 8 am. We were not able to get help at time we returned.

We could hear the loud traffic all day and night. Plus, the hospital is located right next to the property and the medical helicopter was very loud as it came and went all throughout the day and night.
