"This is our 5th stay at the Santa Barbara and the first time we've been uncomfortable around the pool! We planned a relaxing week sunning ourselves around the pool as usual, however, the amount of children/toddlers running around the main pool was unbearable. Screaming children, balls thrown around the pool aswell as ball games in the pool was nothing wed experienced here on our previous stays. Children should be in the childrens pool not the main pool where people are trying to relax."

"Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. "The staff were amazing, friendly,helpful and they sorted any issues straight away. There were always cleaners around throughout the day. The housekeeping was brilliant. The view's were beautiful. The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. But we would have preferred to be closer to the main areas if Costa Adeje etc. The food choice was very limited so we ate out...

"These apartments are in a great central location near to bars, restaurants and the beach. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. The pool area is great and there are plenty of sun beds available. Room tip- ask for one where the balcony ISNT facing the side street as we were treated to ramblings and singing from a homeless man a couple weeks of times! Overall highly recommend "

"Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. Will was amazing, pool side entertainment and games until 6pm. No digger noises at all. The hotel was very quiet. Sunbathing - once the sun has gone from the pool (about5pm) there is a sun terrace at the back of the property with loungers and plenty of sun. Rooms are basic but everything you need for self catering and well...

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
