We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at Atlantis Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service made all the difference. The front desk staff, especially Rano, was incredibly kind and helpful. She ensured a smooth check-in and went above and beyond in arranging our room. Rano took the time to explain the property’s amazing amenities, making sure we didn’t miss out on any of the incredible experiences Atlantis offers. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, thanks to Rashed and the cleaning team. They went the extra mile by decorating the bed beautifully for my daughter, which brought such joy to her during our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. A big thank you to Iba, the team leader, for overseeing such a dedicated and professional crew. The entire property itself is breathtaking, with endless activities and amenities for families and couples alike. From the Aquaventure Waterpark to the incredible dining options, every aspect of our stay was perfection. Thank you to the entire Atlantis Dubai team for making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing! What a great experience. Aqua adventure was so much fun for the whole family, and the hotel itself is top notch. Great food, super friendly and helpful staff, fantastic amenities. I highly recommend a visit! Worth every penny.
