"I had the pleasure of visiting Riu Tikida Palmerai during my stay in January. The weather was perfect for sun bathing at around 20-25 degrees most days along with offering amazing facilities like football, volleyball and table tennis. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful even as someone who doesn’t appreciate scenery these were a must look. I honestly don’t understand why people complain about the food obviously it’s not restaurant level but it does the job, they rotate some food on a daily basis and you can choose from the three restaurants in the evening but you also have to try some spots outside of the hotel, as the Moroccan food cannot be missed! The only thing I could fault from the hotel is the employees seemed a bit boring not really showing much emotion but that isn’t an issue that should turn you away as the hotel offers way more than what it’s valued out and you should definitely give it a try if your visiting the beautiful country of Morocco."

"Les Deux Tours is an oasis of calm, luxury and tranquility away from the business of Marrakech. My classic double room including patio was stunning and the perfect place to relax to after a busy day in Marrakech. The free shuttle bus was perfect for me getting in and out of Marrakech and very reliable in terms of timings. The pool (heated to 28 degrees in January) was gorgeous and I enjoyed wandering through the extensive gardens taking in the smells of nature, the sounds of the birds and watching the tortoises in the large pond. The gardens are just glorious. Breakfasts and dinners in the stunning restaurant were delicious. (Breakfast is table service.) I cannot commend the staff enough in terms of their friendliness and hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble. The greatest compliment I can give is to say that I will definitely return. This is one of my most favourite solo trips. Thank you to previous guests who gave glowing reviews to Les Deux Tours and helped me with my decision to stay here. "

"We stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Very friendly staffs though they speak little English. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Good choice of food apart from BBQ where mostly beef is served, no other options. Reception desk is too small and limited so at busy times expect long wait for check in/out. Overall very satisfying holiday, will be back."

"We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour! "

"One of our favourite hotels in the world. The staff looks after you like you are their family. It’s perfect place to chill and relax. Spa and hammam are amazing. The cinema and heated swimming pool were nightlights for our 12 year old. It ticks most of the boxes if being perfect Moroccan hideaway in the middle of European winter. "
