The bathroom was so poor

The truth is that it was not the place I expected, the property is very deteriorated, my 1-bedroom studio room had a rather unpleasant musty smell, the bed and furniture were very old and had an unpleasant smell, The pipe makes horrible noises that scare you and it is very difficult to sleep,I went to the lobby to see If you could change my room and they told me that because my reservation was issued through you Expedia they couldn't help me, the truth is I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Was a pleasant stay, friendly accommodating staff. Condo was quite dated, but clean. Furniture was not comfortable, bed was ok. Very good location in town, lots to do and a great pool on site.

First time there, customer services was great.
Restaurant inside the property was amazing.
The villa we stayed was beautiful and clean. I will recommend this place to everybody and i will continue to visit.
