They don’t change towels by our request

Place was nice but the heat was not working. It was very cold in our romm

The 3rd party parking fee is BS. The rooms are outdated. Bathroom is dark the shower handle falling apart, carpet is stanky in room with sofa. The staff were nice & accommodating. Breakfast was good.

The staff was really helpful, the room was clean and the property was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids.
The only issue was we had to wait for two hours past check in time for our room to be available.
Otherwise, good value for families visiting the desert.
