No running water in shower or bath

We apologize that you had trouble turning on the water there. We strive for a good experience for all guests and are sorry that did not happen in your case. We have checked the room and the water in the tub/shower is working there. Perhaps someone could have came and helped you turn it on had we known you had trouble. The knobs could be a bit different than you are used to. We appreciate your feedback and haope to have you return for a better experince in the future.

The room was tastefully updated and clean. The property is Very conveniently located to the beach, Benny’s on the Beach & Pier, and so many great restaurants including the Ambassador Grill.

The property is situated in a pleasant and attractive area, and while I anticipated a certain level of luxury, the unit featured outdated, low-quality materials. The air and heating system was excessively noisy, and the doors either creaked or slammed shut, which was disruptive. The property was dimly lit, and the doors appeared poorly maintained, raising concerns about security. Additionally, the unit had a noticeable moldy odor. The kitchen amenities were subpar, with used soap and sponges left behind and no towels or paper towels provided. The in-room coffee and the complimentary breakfast were disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. However, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice about activities like Pilates to fully take advantage of those offerings.

Thank you for your feedback. We will use it to improve. We are sorry if we did not meet your expectations. We are a limited service hotel on the ocean beach and offer great value /price compared to other hotels in our immediate area. We are not touting ourselves as a beach resort. Breakfast is a standard continental breakfast and has all the normal offerings for that type of complimentary breakfast. Many hotels charge for breakfast in our area. There is no way to list pilates by appointment on Expedia listings as an amenity. Thank you for your stay with us. We hope you would consider us in the future.
