People who manage and maintain the property are very nice and responsive to my needs. It’s a little off the beaten path and no ocean view but the pool and area around are lovely. Wish there was some sort of little market or cafe on the property. I would definitely come back again but would rent a car.

This place was lovely. Everything was so clean, quiet and welcoming. The view of the pool area off the balcony was so beautiful and well taken care of. Housekeeping was always a pleasure
Will be staying again :)

Nice property, attentive and responsive staff, very close to beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

Not to much. Noisy dogs, chickens and roosters. not much in kitchen utensils or cooking pans. Was constently killing insects. had to sleep in a hooded sweatshirt, after applying insect repellant over your arms and head areas. Maid service would show up after 4pm??

Dear Andrew,We are sorry to hear you had an unpleasant stay with us.We would have highly appreciated it if you had come to the reception to discuss these matters so we could solve these issues immediately for you.Of course we want to clear up the points you mentioned:- The kitchen has all the (basic) equipment a kitchen requires. However, it could be possible that something was missing during your stay, or that you needed something extra. If you had told us this, we would have fixed it immediately for you.- In general it is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. If you had told us there were dogs, chickens and roosters making noise on the streets near your apartment, we would have moved you to an apartment on the other side of the premises.- Unfortunately mosquitos/insects are active on the island of Aruba and the (sub)-tropics. Some people are more vulnerable to this than others. However we fully understand this can be experienced as disturbing. This is why we battle mosquitos and insects on a daily basis.- Our Housekeeping service has several apartments to clean on a daily basis. The time they come by varies due to the busyness. Of course we strive to do every apartment as early as possible. We would have appreciated it if you had told us this during your stay so that it would have been just that one time.If you plan to visit Aruba again, we ask that you consider returning to us so that we can provide you with a stay that meets your and our standards.Best regards,Del Rey Apartments
